Your Role
Build AI That Works: Develop production-ready systems using LLMs—going far beyond prompt engineering. You’ll design agent flows, model orchestration, evaluation pipelines, and more.
Engineer Future Infrastructure: Create reusable components, prompt frameworks, document agents, and data pipelines to scale rapidly.
Tame Complexity: Work hands-on with client documents and processes, solving edge cases others ignore.
Lead Technically: Explore new technologies, set direction, and bring clarity to uncertainty.

Your Background
Experience with OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or open-source LLMs.
Skilled in prompting, fine-tuning, evaluation, and LLM decision-making.
Built ML systems in production under real-world constraints.
Writes clean, testable Python code and is comfortable with CI/CD, version control, and code reviews.
Focused on modular architecture and reusability.
Strong communication skills across disciplines.
Bonus Skills
5+ years in B2B machine learning or AI delivery.
Client-facing or consulting experience.
Familiar with Vertex AI, AWS Bedrock, Docker, Kubernetes.
Background in NLP, document automation, or agentic workflows.
