The Role
Join as one of the first engineering hires and take a hands-on role in defining the core AI features, collaborating with users, and scaling the product. You’ll have a major say in product direction and engineering culture.
Your Responsibilities
- Build Core AI Features: Translate user needs into elegant AI-powered functionality.
- User-Centric Development: Use real-time feedback and analytics to refine the product.
- Shape the Experience: Work closely with the founding team to iterate quickly and improve UX.
- Quality Assurance: Help ensure a smooth, reliable, and high-quality user experience.

- Web: Next.js
- Backend & AI: Python, Langfuse, Modal
- Desktop: Tauri, Rust
- UI: Tailwind, Shadcn, Figma
- Project Tools: Linear, GitHub, Notion, Slack, G-suite
Ideal Candidate
- Product-Driven: You care about the user journey and are excited to solve meaningful problems.
- AI-Experienced: Strong background in ML/AI, prompt engineering, or MLOps.
- Proven Developer: 2+ years of experience building and shipping software.
- Agile Learner: Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-moving environments.
- Berlin-Friendly: Preferably open to hybrid work in Berlin; remote possible for the right candidate.
