Your Role
Lead & Manage: Guide the engineering direction while contributing hands-on.
Talk to Users: Engage directly with customers to deeply understand needs.
Ship Fast: Build and release iteratively, balancing quality and speed.
Collaborate Across Functions: Partner with product, design, and engineering peers to define solutions that matter.
What You Bring
A strong product and UX mindset.
Deep backend experience and full-stack thinking.
Pragmatism in tackling complex challenges with iterative solutions.
Clean, maintainable code—but with the wisdom to sometimes optimize for learning.
Proactive communication and a habit of seeking and giving feedback.
Comfort engaging with real users to guide product development.
Experience with tools like TypeScript, React, Node.js, Postgres, Prisma is a plus.
