The Role: AI Engineer
We’re seeking a motivated AI Engineer with strong product interest who is hungry to grow their knowledge and career in our fast-paced environment. As part of our 20-person Engineering Department reporting directly to our CTO Lucas, you’ll be at the heart of our AI development efforts.
Your Mission
- Build and own AI-powered products used by millions of students worldwide
- Develop and communicate strong product opinions, turning them into impactful features
- Explain why features matter to users and how they move key metrics
- Focus on outcomes and impact rather than specific implementations or tools
- Become an integral part of Europe’s fastest-growing AI learning startup

Your Profile
- Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and strong prompt engineering skills
- Experience with at least one backend programming language (Go, TypeScript, Python, etc.)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
- Strong interest in consumer products and user experience
- Belief in the power of speed and execution with willingness to get hands dirty
- User-focused mindset that prioritizes delivery over rigid processes
